Visalia Safes makes three lines of safes:

• Ultimate Fire Protection ( UFP) Safes - these are the safes that everyone talks about. If you want the ultimate in fire protection of your valuables, the Visalia Safes UFP safe is what you want. We put 2300 degrees SUSTAINED heat on our UFP safe and guess what? NO DAMAGE INSIDE! In fact, the outside was still in decent condition. Sure, the hinge still swung the door open. Inside everything looked just fine. The heat seal and UFP ceramic lining did its job!
• Fireboard lined - these safes are lined with 5/8" UL-listed gypsum on all sides, top, bottom and door. Extremely resistant to fire, less expensive than the UFP safes but with significant fire protection for your valuables.
